– Our goal is to stabilize the asset, if needed, and hold long term
– We plan to scale up as the market falls (selling off smaller MFR that we’re holding to move into larger assets). What we lose on the smaller MFR, we’ll easily gain on the larger assets in future equity
– Cap rates are forecast to continue higher which will make multi-family more and more affordable.
